02AI Systems

Answers at any hour.Judgment stays with you.

AI agents, AI-assisted workflows and intelligent interfaces — grounded in a business’s own information, given defined tools, and designed so a person stays in charge of what matters.

Discuss an AI system

What it covers

Agents that answer, and know when to hand over.

  • AI agents

Voice and chat agents that answer from a defined knowledge base and say so when they do not know.

  • AI-assisted workflows

Reading, sorting, drafting and summarising — with a person reviewing anything that commits the business.

  • Intelligent interfaces

Interfaces that respond to what a person is asking. This site’s guide can move you through it.

Who this is for

Businesses answering the same questions, reading the same documents or handling the same requests by hand, every day.

AI systems grounded in the business’s own information, with defined tools and human oversight built in.

What that usually looks like

  • The same questions arrive every day and someone answers each one by hand.
  • Enquiries sit unread because nobody has time to sort them.
  • Information lives in documents nobody can search quickly.
  • Out of hours, nobody answers at all.

The engagement

How the work runs.

  1. 01

    Find the repeated work

Which questions, documents and decisions recur — and which of them should never be automated.

  2. 02

    Ground it

An explicit knowledge base and a short list of actions the agent may take. Nothing outside it.

  3. 03

    Build and test against reality

Real questions, awkward questions, and questions it must refuse. Tested before anyone relies on it.

  4. 04

    Hand over the controls

You can see what it said, change what it knows, and switch it off.

What is included

The capabilities behind it.

  • Voice agents
  • Chat agents
  • Knowledge grounding
  • Tool and system integration
  • Enquiry classification
  • Drafting and summarisation
  • Human review and escalation

What this is not

An agent is only as good as what it is allowed to know. We do not build agents that improvise answers about prices, commitments or anything they have not been given.

We would rather lose a project than sell one that will not work.

Questions

Straight answers.

  • Will an AI agent make things up?
It should not, and it is built not to. The agent answers from an explicit knowledge base, is told what it must not invent — prices, commitments, results — and says it does not know rather than guessing.
  • Can an agent take actions, not just answer?
Yes, through tools defined in advance — opening a form, booking, looking something up, updating a record. It can only do what it has been given a tool for, and anything that commits the business can require a person’s approval.
